Trader series (HA/FH/HC/HF/OA)
These trader series used to be white on green, but since the new plate series started in 2002, these series are black on reflective green. First the HA series, then the FH series.
In 2004 came the OA-00-00 trade plates for trailers only. In 2005 new moped trade plates have HC-00-00.
